Young in Spirit is a fellowship and learning group for people 55 and older, guest and visitors warmly welcomed. The group meets at noon on the third Monday of every month except July and August. The gatherings begin with a brown bag lunch (desserts and coffee/tea provided). A program follows. The group is being chaired this year by John Huetter.
The program at this month's meeting featgure Mr. Tom Strong, a medical lecturer, speaking on the topic of allergies. Are we right in guessing that these are on the increase? You'll want to hear what Mr. Strong has to say about that.
Young in Spirit meetings are almost always held in the north end of Messiah's Fellowship Hall. Enter the building at either the atrium or the W. 215th main doors, and inquire at the school office for directions to the Fellowship Hall. Pardon the confusion in these days of construction as we work to install a badly needed elevator.
